Thank you to all who applied for ARISE. We really appreciate you taking the time to complete the application. We received over 4,000 applications, and all participants randomly selected to receive the monthly payments of $500 have been contacted and enrolled in the program. If you have not been contacted, you have not been selected to receive the monthly payments.
You may still be contacted to be in the control group where you will have the opportunity to receive financial incentives for participating in surveys, but you will not receive the guaranteed income monthly payment of $500. Please note that a research fellow will notify control group members. ARISE program staff are unable to tell you whether you have been selected to participate in the control group, as we do not have access to that information. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

December 16, 2022
Starting December 13, 2022, we are contacting ARISE applicants who have been randomly selected to participate in ARISE. We will be contacting the 170 randomly selected individuals through phone, email, text and we will mail a letter, depending on which forms of contact information applicants provided in their application. This process will take some time, and if you haven’t been contacted yet, it doesn’t mean you have not been randomly selected to participate. We will post a message here when we have completed the notification process. In the meantime, please answer all incoming calls, texts and check your junk and spam email inboxes.
