APD Invites Community to Women in Law Enforcement Hiring Seminar Open House, March 30
The Alexandria Police Department (APD) is hosting its first ever Women in Law Enforcement Hiring event on March 30 from 2 to 5 p.m. This event is an excellent opportunity for women interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement and to learn about the various positions available within APD. Event Highlights

Event Schedule
First there will be a department tour from 2 to 4 p.m. followed by a panel discussion with Tina Laguna, the assistant chief of police for APD from 4 to 5 p.m.
The event will be held at APD Police Headquarters (3066 Wheeler Ave.).
