Celebrate International Francophonie Day with French Flow Yoga
Join the Alexandria-Caen Sister City Committee in celebrating International Francophonie Day with a unique French Flow Yoga class at The Lyceum (201 S. Washington Street) on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Led by Refresh Alexandria, this invigorating session will blend flowing movement and stretching with a curated selection of French musical selections from around the world. With over 321 million French speakers globally, International Francophonie Day celebrates the diversity and richness of French language and culture. After class, enjoy refreshments provided by Wegmans.
Participants should bring their own mats and water.
