Reminder: The City of Alexandria’s Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities wants the community’s feedback on concept designs for John Ewald Park.

The City of Alexandria’s Department of Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Activities invites community members to share their feedback on conceptual designs for John Ewald Park, 4452 Duke St. An online survey is open now through February 12, allowing residents to provide input that will help shape the park’s final design.

John Ewald Park, a 3.88-acre park space located on the West End, currently features a lighted basketball court, playground, parking lot, and open grass area. Plans for park improvements were initially outlined in 2015 as part of a citywide effort to enhance the City’s 19 Neighborhood Parks.
Get Involved! Your input will help create a park that is welcoming, accessible, sustainable, and enjoyable for everyone.
