City of Alexandria Hosts REC FEST: An Explosion of Fun for All Ages!

Come experience the fun and exciting recreational programming Alexandria has to offer at the City of Alexandria’s REC FEST: an explosion of fun for all ages!
This free, family-friendly event takes place on Saturday, May 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Patrick Henry Recreation Center (4653 Taney Ave.). Attendees of all ages can enjoy a variety of activities showcasing the City’s fitness, sports, enrichment, arts, nature, out-of-school time, and summer camp programs. Don’t miss live demos and performances, the chance to meet instructors and staff, and the opportunity to register for programs and camps on-site!

1 p.m.: Line Dance Demo by Susan Prats for all ages
1:30 p.m.: Musical Performance by Mark Evans
