City of Alexandria to Host Informational Sessions on Possible Leaf Blower Regulation – March 13 & March 26
The City of Alexandria will host two hybrid community meetings to share information on options to regulate the use of gas-powered leaf blowers in the city. At each event, City staff will give a presentation to provide an overview of the proposed regulation, its anticipated impact, and proposed timeline for implementation, and answer questions about what residents can expect.
Regulation changes can help reduce noise and air pollution which aim to limit noise concerns from residents.
